Regarding:
Matthew 24:36
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”
It’s important not to build a theology on a couple of verses but instead put everything into context, letting the Bible interpret the Bible, just as the Bible teaches us:
Isaiah 28:10
“For it is precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little.”
Therefore the following verses must also be considered:
Acts 17:31
For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed.
And:
1 Thessalonians 5:4
“You’re not in darkness for that day to surprise you like a thief.”
And:
Daniel 12:9-10
9 He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end. 10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
And:
Amos 3:7
Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.
And:
Isaiah 46:10
I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.
And:
Luke 1:37
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
And:
John 16:12-13
12 “I have much more to say to you, MORE THAN YOU CAN NOW BEAR. But when the Spirit of truth comes he will guide you into ALL THE TRUTH. 13 He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears and HE WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS TO COME.”
Jesus fulfilled 10 out of 12 Jewish holy days, as chapter 2 of my book reveals, and is beyond coincidence. Therefore He must return on the ones He has yet to fulfil, this is the Day of Atonement when every eye will see Him coming on the clouds at the last Trumpet, that according to Leviticus 25:8-10 was on the day of Atonement, on a Jubilee year:
Leviticus 25:8-10
8“ ‘Count off seven Sabbath years—seven times seven years—so that the seven Sabbath years amount to a period of forty-nine years. 9 Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land. 10 Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you.
On the other 49 years the trumpets were blown on the day of Trumpets:
Leviticus 23:23-25
23 The Lord said to Moses, 24 “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of Sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts. 25 Do no regular work, but present a food offering to the Lord.’ ”
The other day is the Feast of Tabernacles that occurs five days later and will be when Jesus returns to the Mount of Olives. Many know it as Harvest Festival or Thanks Giving and it alludes to the great harvest of souls at the end of age:
Deuteronomy 16:16
Three times a year all your men must appear before the LORD your God at the place he will choose:
Passover = Easter : Fulfilled by Jesus
Shavuot = Pentecost : Fulfilled by Jesus
Tabernacles = Harvest Festival/Thanks Giving : To be Fulfilled…
Jesus Himself actually also alluded to the fact that He would fulfill Tabernacles at a later time:
John 7:2 & 8
2 But when the Jewish Festival of Tabernacles was near,
8 [Jesus said] “You go to the festival. I am not going up to this festival, because my time has not yet fully come.”
Jesus then purposefully misses the feast of Tabernacles which is on day 15 of month 7 and lasts 8 days. However, Jesus does turn up after having deliberately missed this specific day:
John 7:10 & 14
10 But after his brothers had gone up to the feast, then Jesus also went up, not publicly but in secret.
14 About halfway through the feast Jesus went up into the temple and began teaching.
Many Old Testament prophets were date setters themselves, often pronouncing events to take place at certain times in the future. The most amazing of which was Daniel who prophesied when Jesus’ first coming would take place. This is explained in Daniel chapter 9 when Daniel had studied Jeremiah’s date setting prediction that it was the time for the Jews to be set free from Babylon after 70 years of captivity. As Daniel began to pray about this prophesy Gabriel appears and reveals that the Messiah would come to God’s people 483 years after the command to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem would be given. In 29 AD this was fulfilled when Jesus drove out the animals from the temple at the beginning of his ministry as recorded in John chapter 2. It was also from these and others scriptures that the wise men were able to know when the Messiah was to be born.
Predicting the future from the Bible is not unbiblical but thoroughly biblical, it is only Christians who take Matthew 24:36 out of context and change the meaning of what Jesus said, who think it is not. The commonly parroted sound bite ‘No one knows the day’ was said in the present tense, Jesus did not say no one would ever know, otherwise Jesus would have said it using future tense, i.e. ‘No one WILL EVER know the day’. I hope and pray you can see and believe this and will not be like the Jews who missed how Jesus actually fulfilled 10 separate feast days and holy days during His first coming. Instead I pray you will be like the wise men who worked out from the scriptures when the Messiah was coming.
My book goes into more detail providing many more scriptural proofs for this and why Jesus will be seen coming on the clouds on the 19th September 2029 on the day of Atonement and will return to the Mount of Olives on the 24th September 2029 at Tabernacles.
But why 2029?
If you look at my Biblically Scriptural Chronological Time Line:

You can see that Jesus returns in the 6000th year (the 120th Jubilee year) of Earth’s history in 2029 to reign on Earth for 1000 years, just as it states He does in the Book of Revelation:
Revelation 20:4
They had not worshipped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
And the Bible teaches us that a day is like a thousand years:
2 Peter 3:8
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the LORD a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day
Psalm 90:4
A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.
This 7000 year time line reflects the seven days of creation and Jesus died on the 4000th year in 30AD for which there are many proofs as can be read here:

This 6000 + 1000 year plan can also be seen in scripture in many ways throughout the Bible such as in these verses for example:
John 4:35-41
35 Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labour.” 39 Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” 40 So when the Samaritans came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he stayed two days. 41 And because of his words many more became believers.
Just as Jesus was with the (Gentile) Samaritans for two days, He will be with the Gentiles for two thousand years and if six thousand years is equated to twelve months it would mean that four months equates to two thousand years, just as Jesus said; “It’s still four months until harvest!” Jesus also met the Samaritan woman at the 6th hour (the 6000th year) and she was on her 6th husband but she was about to become a believer in the Messiah; her 7th husband at the 7th hour (The millennial reign of Christ). There are many more ‘time markers’ like this such as Jesus returning on the third day (The third millennium after his death) as these verses allude to:
Luke 13:32
And he said unto them, “Go ye and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out demons, and I do cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected”.
Hosea 6:2
After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
Ecclesiastes 6:6
Yea, though he live a thousand years twice told, yet hath he seen no good: do not all go to one place?
There are many other allusions throughout the Bible to this six + one thousand year process and my book goes into more of them.
Also some Christians believe that the last generation will see the end times as this verse alludes to:
Matthew 24:34
“Truly I say to you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.”
And in Psalms we read that a generation can last eighty years:
Psalm 90:10
Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
Eighty years before 2029 AD was 1949 AD which was the year Israel began to be an independent nation again when on the 10th of March 1949 Israeli forces secured the Southern Negev by the Red Sea where Eilat was later built. Israeli soldiers raised a hand-made Israeli flag called the ‘Ink Flag’. The raising of the Ink Flag is considered to be the end of the war. The Israeli War for Independence had started on the 15th May 1948 and therefore took nine months which is the length of a woman’s pregnancy and is alluded to by Isaiah who prophesied that the birth of the nation cannot bring forth its children till it has reached, or gone through, its labours:
Isaiah 66:8
Who has ever heard of such things?
Who has ever seen things like this?
Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment?
Yet NO SOONER is Zion in labour than she gives birth to her children.
To add to this is the fact that Tel Aviv was founded on the 11th April 1909 and in Genesis 6:3 it states a 120 years is allotted for man to live, so 120 years from then is also 2029.
Genesis 6:3
Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”
Also Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, in his book ‘The Mystery Of The Shemitah’ he makes a case for the years 2000 to 2001 and 2007 to 2008 as being Sabbatical years when record stock market crashes were recorded. Indeed many Jews today also recognise the last Sabbatical year (also called Shemitahs) began in September 2014 and ended in September 2015 and would therefore mean Sabbatical years are running as follows:
2014 to 2015
2021 to 2022
2028 to 2029
And Jubilee:
2029 to 2030
This reckoning is also confirmed by mainstream Jewish outlets too, such as Chabad, one of the world’s best known Hasidic movements
If correct this would mean that 1979 to 1980 was a Jubilee year, a year famously noted for a global oil crisis that occurred just after Britain experienced its ‘Winter of discontent’ in the previous year that was in the 49th Shemitar year of that Jubilee cycle, where such economic hardship was felt that eventually even the dead could not be afforded a burial. Also the previous Jubilee would have been from 1929 to 1930 which was the year of the Great Depression in America. Was God resetting the economy whether people realised it or not?

Also Philip Schneider (b.1947 d.1996) who worked as a Geologist and Structural Engineer for the US Government and was involved in building deep underground military bases around the US, went public and told of his experiences about government cover-ups, black budgets and UFOs. Here is a quote Philip Schneider made in 1995:
“The alien agenda is the complete take over of this planet, the killing off of five sixths, to seven eighths of the worlds population by the year 2029. The US military have known about this for forty five years, they’ve told no one.”

This also means the 7 year tribulation should begin about 7 years before, and the Day of Atonement in 2022 will begin on the 6th to 7th October; sunset to sunset. This will be 7 years to the day on God’s calendar when the 7 year tribulation could begin by, or very soon after this. This is according to:
Daniel 9:27
He [The Antichrist] will confirm a covenant with many for one seven [years]. In the middle of the seven he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.”
However, just because the antiChrist announces a 7 covenant doesn’t mean that it will last exactly 7 years, as he is human and evil so also is he fallible and a liar. He may intend it to last 7 years but it will be cut short as this verse reveals:
Matthew 24:22
“If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.”

Hi, you will be interested that I too, have added a Biblical timeline of God’s 7000 years from Creation to Completion and this Church age ends in 2029/2030. I do agree that Jesus will Return on the Day of Tabernacles.
What you seem to miss, is the next prophesied event, the Lord’s Day of wrath, that will change the world, leading up to the glorious Return of Jesus.

Because that means shuffling scripture, The Day of the Lords vengeance and wrath plainly happens at the Sixth Seal and it is that worldwide disaster that sets the scene for all that must happen before Jesus Returns.

I agree the sixth seal shows that there is a timing reference and that it may relate to when the Two Witnesses resurrect when there is a severe earthquake but I see the seals as primarily describing the ‘who’ rather than the ‘when’ of the end times. The four horsemen of the apocalypse are the last four evil powers that will rule over the Earth and who decimate it during the last days. The white horse represents the False Prophet, the red horse represents Satan, the black horse represents the new world order, while the forth horse which is actually green in the original Greek translation represents the Anti-Christ; Green is the sacred colour of Islam. The fifth seal reveals the followers of Jesus waiting in Heaven, the sixth seal describes the non-believers who are trying to hide from God and Jesus when He returns, while the seventh seal reveals God, His angels and His saints in Heaven.

Hi Bruce, I have slightly changed my position, I still believe Jesus returns to Earth at the mount of Olives at Tabernacles on the 24th September 2029 but I now see the Great and Terrible Day of His Wrath as being 5 days before on the Day of Atonement; the 19th September 2029 and this is the 6th Seal. In those 5 five days the Anti-Christ, False Prophet, Satan and all the armies of Hell will be defeated and captured.

He’s got it calculated at 2028. But, what I find so intriguing is that a number of sincere Bible students are using a variety of methods and coming to a 2029 / 2028 conclusion. After 2,000 years, narrowing it down to a 365 day period by applying various Bible passages is very impressive! Regardless of who is exactly right (if in fact any of us is) we are all in the same ballpark.
I’m very much interested in acquiring a copy of your book. That will need to wait until I’ve got my finances straightened out a little bit, but it shouldn’t be long. If it’s as good as I suspect it will be, I will write a review of it.
I was intensely interested in UFOs from about the time I was in 5th grade. (I even saw a couple while living in Phoenix — one quite up close!) But it was decades before Yeshua baptised and converted me and I came to learn that they were not extraterrestrials at all, and that I was being prepared from a very young age to understand their true nature.

I have noticed that the timelines used are the jewish calender year. Only 1 problem with that, i never see an extra jewish month added about every 6 years or so to make up for the literal 365 days, The bible says to do this so for example the harvest feast will not eventually end up a spring time date.

Hi Micheal, Yes a 13th extra month is added whenever the barley was not ripe enough to made into fine flower to be presented as the first fruits offering of the harvest on the day of first fruits (day 16 Aviv) in accordance with God’s laws as He stated in Leviticus 23. Although only God knows when the barley will become ripe we can make an educated guess using the date of the spring equinox, when the barley usually ripens by. Torah calendar uses this date for their timings of the beginning of Aviv and I have used these dates for the future years up to 2030. If they turn out to be wrong they will be amended.
